FSRA Insurance Information

FSRA provides regatta insurance to events organized and run by FSRA member organizations. To be covered, the regatta must be listed below and athletes must be listed on our participants list. To be added to the insured event list, please email your event to the FSRA Corresponding Secretary. To be added to the participant list, please complete the online electronic waiver (link provided below) at least one (1) week prior to your first regatta.

Waiver FAQ

Please do not contact NOARA as the FSRA waiver is for FSRA use and NOARA will not be able to answer your questions.
The current waiver is in effect from July 1, 2011, through June 30, 2012. It does not matter if an athlete has multiple waivers on file.
For each team, all current athletes must have a waiver on file with the correct team selected. Team coaching staff can down load a team list (link provided below) for verification. Teams can ignore athletes listed that are no longer on their team. Team coaches may contact FSRA Corresponding Secretary for directions on how to verify/download team waiver lists.
It does not matter if former team athletes have a waiver on file. Waivers are not deleted as the waiver may have applied to a past event. Waivers will be archived at the end of the season and will be kept on file for 3 to 7 years.
For regatta directors, non-FSRA (masters and out-of-state) regatta participants should use the unaffiliated team designation. This means they are covered at FSRA insured regattas but they are not members of a FSRA member team. Regatta directors may contact FSRA Corresponding Secretary for directions on how to verify/download team waiver lists (link provided below).
